this morning was the memorial service for Michael Jackson i started watching the news at about 8 in the morning and just stopped because it was over - the entire time i cried its inconvicable that hes gone v.v i have so much to say about it but i really cant because if never felt so cold alone torn to picese numb and devistated its even raining out side cuz i cant cry anymore

Make layers in this order (with the scanned image being the bottom layer):

Outline
Light shading
Shadowed shading
Base colors
Background (flood fill this all white to begin with then hide it)
Scanned image

Next, trace the scanned image ONTO the Outline layer with the paintbrush tool. Next, unhide the solid white background layer. Then fill in the base colors on the Base color layer with the paintbrush tool. Next, go to the shadowed shading layer and fill in the shadowing. Then do the same on the light shading. Next, go to the white background layer and fill in the background.
